We have created a Youtube Channel with some video tutorials relevant to research computing. These videos can be found on www.youtube.com/@bioinfo-research-support and so far, contains a three part tutorial demonstrating how to use HTCondor to perform a genome assembly on the Center for High Throughput Computing HTC cluster.
