We have created a new page, Databases , listing what we have available on CHTC. These include the NCBI NR database, multiple versions of the GTDB-tk databases, Kraken2, Eggnog, and more!

Use the paths listed for the databases, and include this in your submit file:

requirements = (HasCHTCStaging == true) && (OpSysMajorVer > 7) && (HasChtcProjects == true)

If there is a database that you want to use but is quite large (too big for your /staging folder) let me know! I can likely add it to /projects, and it could even be useful to have it for more than just you. All the databases that we currently have are there because someone in the past has asked for them, and we update them as needed!
