We have created a new page, Databases , listing what we have available on CHTC. These include the NCBI NR database, multiple versions of the GTDB-tk databases, Kraken2, Eggnog, and more!

Use the paths listed for the databases, and include this in your submit file:

requirements = (HasCHTCStaging == true) && (HasChtcProjects == true)

CHTC Staging is likely required if you have large input or output databases, and enable CHTC Projects = TRUE allows the machine to access the databases we have pre-downloaded.

If there is a database that you want to use but is quite large (too big for your /staging folder) let me know! I can likely add it to /projects, and it could even be useful to have it ready for more than just you. All the databases that we currently have are there because someone in the past has asked for them, and we update them as needed!
